Terms of use
In short. We make software: a wallet, payment pages, an API and a plugin. We never hold money or keys — payments go through open contracts on BNB Chain straight to the recipient. Each payment through the contract carries a 1% fee. What you do with your money, and following the laws of your country, is your responsibility.
1. The service
Tavarov ("we") provides the NoN Wallet app, payment, invoice and tip pages at wallet.tavarov.com, the Tavarov Pay API (wallet.tavarov.com/api/v1), the developer cabinet and the WooCommerce plugin (together, the "Service"). Payments are executed by smart contracts on BNB Chain; their addresses and source code are public and verified on BscScan.
2. We never hold your money or keys
NoN Wallet is non-custodial: keys are created and stored on your device. We cannot recover a lost recovery phrase or cancel or reverse a transfer. A contract payment sends the money to the recipient in one transaction; there is no balance "with us".
3. Fees
Each payment through the Tavarov Pay contract carries a 1% fee, taken automatically in the same transaction. The BNB Chain network fee is paid by whoever sends the transaction. The fee is set in the contract; the contract owner may change it, but never above 2% — that limit is written into the contract itself. We will announce any change on the website.
4. Your obligations
- Follow the laws of your country, including tax, trade, crypto and sanctions laws. Some countries restrict or ban crypto payments.
- Do not use the Service for fraud, money laundering, prohibited goods or services, or to deceive buyers or viewers.
- Keep your recovery phrase, passwords, API keys and webhook secrets private.
- Check addresses and amounts before sending: blockchain transactions are irreversible.
- Sellers must meet their obligations to buyers, including refunds.
5. API and developer cabinet
An API key lets you create invoices for the wallet you signed in with. Requests are rate-limited. We may disable a key or cabinet used to break these terms or the law, or that disrupts the Service or other users. Webhooks are retried but delivery is not guaranteed — check the invoice status through the API before shipping goods (the WooCommerce plugin does this for you).
6. Refunds
A blockchain payment cannot be cancelled. Only the recipient can send money back — from their own wallet, including the refund button in NoN Wallet for contract payments. The 1% fee is not returned on refunds.
7. TVR bonus points
Contract payments earn TVR bonus points. They are not an investment or money: we do not sell them, we promise no price or return, and an exchange may never appear. The rules are set in the contract.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running without interruptions or errors but cannot guarantee it: BNB Chain, RPC nodes, hosting and third-party wallets are outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or losses caused by user error, leaked keys, network failures or crypto price changes.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes with them. We will announce material changes in the app or on the website in advance.
