A few good questions.

Do customers need NoN Wallet?

No. Customers can pay with a compatible wallet for their selected network. NoN Wallet is our own option; it is not a required download for customers.

How do I get an API key?

Open NoN Wallet → Payments → Accept payments on a website (API) → Open dashboard. Create the key there. The dashboard also supports MetaMask sign-in.

Do you hold the store’s funds?

Payments route to the merchant’s wallet, with the service fee split in the payment transaction. There is no Tavarov Pay balance to withdraw from.

Can I issue a refund?

The merchant is responsible for refunds. Supported on-chain refund methods and network fees depend on the network and payment route. The service fee is not automatically returned. See the terms and integration guide.
